张娟,女,副研究员,硕士研究生导师。皖南医科大学病理生理教研室专职教师。发表高影响力SCI论文40余篇,包括Neuron,Immunity,Cell Metabolism, Nature Structural & Molecular Biology, Protein & Cell, Science Bulletin等国际著名期刊,文章被引用合计4,000余次。获得国家自然科学基金委的多个项目支持,同时参与科技部以及中科院的多个科研项目。

主要研究方向:大脑衰老以及衰老相关的退行性疾病的机制研究。主要致力解析表观遗传机制在大脑衰老和神经退行性疾病中的调控功能。擅长从分子、细胞以及动物等多个层面对调控机制进行解析,同时探索疾病诊断的生物标志物以及寻找可能的药物干预靶标。
